Een layout en een babykaart.

Drie weken geleden ben ik met deze layout begonnen. Was al ver klaar maar toen wist ik het niet meer. Vandaag toch maar afgemaakt. Ik heb papier gebruikt wat ik al lang, heel lang heb. Maar het is zó leuk, dus bijna te leuk om te gebruiken. De foto is niet super. Op een of andere manier krijg ik de layout niet scherp op de foto. Suggesties zijn welkom.

Afgelopen woendsdag heb ik Sandra eindelijk de kaart gegeven die ik had gemaakt na de geboorte van Tessa. Ik heb papier gebruikt wat ik al lang, heel lang had. maar het is zó leuk dus bijna te leuk om te gebruiken.

I'm a hoarder, I confess. I buy paper and then I don't use it because it's so pretty. But I made myself use this lovely baby line by Imaginisce (2008!!).
The title on the layout reads "a brother". My daughter already knew she was going to have a little brother but she managed not to tell anyone. No mean feat when you're 4 years old. BTW, the picture is 11 years old.

Niet achterover vallen!!!

Ik heb sinds lange tijd weer eens een layout gemaakt. Was bijna vergeten hoe het moest. Maar kwam vanochtend op Club CK terecht en daar hebben ze uitdagingen op layout gebied. Daar houd ik wel van. De uitdaging van deze week was: de kleur geel gebruiken. Ik heb de zon en de stralen en de lijnen aan de rechterkant allemaal gestempeld.

It has been a long time since I made a layout but found Club CK this morning, joined up and found a cool contest: make a layout using a Yellow Color Palette. I already had this picture on my desk. It's Jack, Simone and Tom in the pool on Gozo in 2007. I stamped the sun and the sun rays and the journaling lines. The title says: swim goggles!! and the journaling is in Dutch too. It's about how my husband, Simone and Tom always wear goggles when in the pool. It makes for great pictures.
